Important Status Information

13-Mar-2008: A combination of a router OS bug with respect to memory fragmentation and some missing routes from an upstream transit provider meant that we experienced one extended downtime interval from 1510GMT to 1600GMT 12 March and 3 shorter periods in the interval 0100 GMT 12 March to 0935 13 March.

We believe that we have now achieved a stable configuration and corrected delivery of routes from our upstream transit provider and do not anticipate further issues.

However, we expect some early hours maintenance periods for hardware and router OS upgrades in the near future.
